When: Sing & Play courses are taught four times per year. The Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters are generally held on Saturday mornings. The summer quarter is usually held two times per week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each quarter frequently includes ten class periods, but occasionally schedule constraints require fewer class periods per quarter.
Where: Sing & Play is taught at the Suzuki Institute in Greenwood. (directions)
Cost: Tuition for Sing & Play is generally $120 per quarter. Quarterly tuition varies, however, depending upon the number of classes offered during a particular quarter. The cost per class is $12. Thus, tuition for a ten-week course is $120, and tuition for an eight-week course is $96. Please note: parents CANNOT pay for individual classes; the entire quarter must be purchased.†
Enroll: Registration occurs shortly before the course begins each quarter. DO NOT register until the registration date has been set, and DO NOT register earlier than the specified registration time. Siblings cannot be registered for the same class. If you anticipate missing the first two classes of a quarter, please opt to register for a future quarter.
Registration instructions are as follows:
- Register beginning only at the date and time specified below;
- At the specified date and time, send Dalia an email that includes your name, your child's name, your child's gender, your child's date of birth, your home address, your telephone number, and your classtime preference. If you not do not have email access, you may leave this information on voicemail. Again, emails sent before the specified date and time will not be accepted;
- After you have registered, Dalia will email or call you with a confirmation, then send a letter & directions;
- Space in Sing & Play is very limited, and Dalia receives a high volume of email as soon as registration begins. As such, a slot in the class might not be available for your child, even if you contacted Dalia at the very beginning of registration.

Winter Quarter 2008
Registration will occur on Friday 11/9/2007, beginning at exactly 10:00am and ending at 2:00pm. Participants for the Winter Quarter course will be selected by lottery after registration has ended.
Please follow the registration directions described above. Registration emails received earlier than 10:00am will not be accepted, unless Dalia has previously notified you that you may preregister. If Dalia has talked to you about preregistration,†† please contact Dalia BEFORE 11/9. Siblings must be registered for separate classes.
Classes meet on SATURDAYs, beginning on 1/12/2008. Please note that the Winter Quarter course will cover nine classes. Tuition for the nine-class course is $108, with a $54 deposit due after your registration is confirmed. Dalia will contact you by email or phone to confirm your registration and instruct you where to send your deposit. The remaining $54 is due the first day of class.

Spring Quarter 2008

If Dalia has talked to you about preregistration,†† please contact Dalia BEFORE 5/22. Siblings must be registered for separate classes.
Classes meet twice a week on TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS, beginning on 7/15/2008. Please note that the Summer Quarter course will cover ten classes. Tuition for the ten-class course is $120, with a $60 deposit due after your registration is confirmed. Dalia will contact you by email or phone to confirm your registration and instruct you where to send your deposit. The remaining $60 is due the first day of class.

†Tuition is not pro-rated for missed classes, and missed classes cannot be made up.
††Only the following students are eligible for preregistration: repeating Sing & Play students; siblings of Sing & Play graduates; siblings of Suzuki Institute of Seattle students; and those wait-listed for Sing & Play two or more times. If you do not meet one of these requirements, please do not ask for an exception.
